Leggy Carol McGiffin finds a fan in Celebrity Big Brother

Leggy Carol McGiffin finds a fan in Celebrity Big Brother, SHE might be 53, but Loose Women presenter Carol McGiffin is proving a hot property in Celebrity Big Brother, with housemate Mario Falcone gushing about her “amazing” long legs.

Daytime TV host Carol, engaged to a man 22 years her junior, completely won over The Only Way Is Essex star Mario after flashing her toned pins and joining younger housemates for drinks on Thursday’s launch show.

Falcone, 25, told the Diary Room cameras: “She has got amazing legs for an older woman. Amazing! Her legs are the ideal legs on a woman. It is weird for me. When I am out with my friends they are all boys. But Carol is completely different.”

He continued: “She is engaged to a 31-year-old which means I am six years out. But if her engagement doesn’t work out...Carol, I am single and I am a changed man. There have been a few moments tonight where something could have happened but she is an engaged woman.”

Carol is not popular with everyone, however.

Housemate Lauren Harries, 35, who was born a boy but has since had a sex change operation, told Big Brother as part of a secret eviction nominations task: “I pick Carol because I think she’s a bit miserable and I don’t think she’s very forthright and I don’t think we’re going to get on together. We haven’t got on together in the past.”

A record 2.8 million viewers tuned in to watch the live launch and the Channel 5 show became the most talk-about TV programme on Twitter.

Actors Vicky Entwistle, 44, and Bruce Jones, 60, spent their first night sharing a four-poster bed in the back garden.

The pair, who played the feuding Battersbys in Coronation Street, were voted into bed together by their fellow housemates.

But in scenes shown last night the pair laughed off the experience, saying it was just like old times.

Lauren, choreographer Louie Spence, 44, and model Sophie Anderton, 36, spent their first night in a secret room, surprising other contestants by emerging in the main house live on TV last night. When also asked to nominate one person they would like to see evicted, Louie chose football pundit Ron Atkinson, 74, while Sophie chose US reality TV star Courtney Stodden, 18, citing her “irritating” laugh.
