The excited fan managed to clamber onto an elevated platform in the middle of the crowd and yanked the pop diva - mid-performance - into his arms.
Footage of the moment was captured by another concertgoer, as two of Beyonce's security guards leapt up from the crowd on to the stage to haul the singer back up from the fan's embrace.
Dressed in a sequined, blue jumpsuit, she appeared unfazed by the episode at the Estadio do Morumbi stadium in Sao Paolo.
"It's all right," the mother-of-one told the crowd. "I love you all," she added, before continuing with the gig.
The 32-year-old is currently on the South American leg of her Mrs Carter Show world tour.
She is married to rapper and hip-hop entrepreneur Jay-Z, with whom she has an 18-month-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter.
