Tom Brady receives jaw-dropping bonus on Friday
Brady has earned an accumulative $196.2 million in his 17 seasons from his football salary alone. This does not include the money that is pouring in from UGG, Under Armour, Movado and other endorsement deals.
Last year, Brady signed a two-year contract extension that was worth $28 million, but deferred a $14 million signing bonus until March 31st of 2017. He is also signed through 2019, and has a cap hit of $14 million this year.
The cap hit for Brady's contract in 2018, and 2019 will jump from the current $14 million to $22 million, according to weei.com. It's safe to say that Brady is comfortable with his current salary.
Along with his salary, recent Super Bowl victory, and great family life, the Patriots are also Super Bowl favorites in 2018.
Life is good in the Brady household.
