Christie Brinkley Has Bangs! See Her New Look, Summer is on the horizon, which means it's out with the old and in with the new, as far as our haircuts are concerned. And because it's the perfect time for short chops, bright shades, and blunt bangs, Christie Brinkley just transformed her long, sweeping blonde face-frame into a chest-length banged cut that has her looking like she's ready for a new season (and not a single day older than 25).
The 63-year-old model and her hairstylist shared photos of her bold new look this week. Brinkley wrote, "PS Easy Peasy Bangs for the Summer. #icutbangs #bangs Thank You @peter.savic."
And while she's had her fringe grown out for some time now, bangs aren't a new concept for the star. In years past, she's gone for side-swept and flippy fringe, along with looks similar to the style she's rocking now.
But this isn't her only recent mane change. Thanks to her own line of hair extensions that enable women of all hair lengths to steal her style, Brinkley switches up her strands on the regular. This year, she's been frequently alternating between her lob and her long, bouncy waves - but this seems to be the most permanent change she's gone for in quite some time.
